Our motto is "Teams Build Robots. Robots Build Teams."  Roto Raptors are known for and dedicated to building up teams, and we start this with our teambuilding initiative.  One of the best ways to include and engage students, build trust and a sense of community, mitigate conflict, encourage communication, and increase collaboration is playing teambuilder games, which have the added benefit of increasing critical thinking, strategy, and engineering skills.  Games such as Categories and Chuck the Chicken build a stronger team, plus they are fun!
